1. Acceptance

By using PageBot you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PageBot is a platform that enables Facebook Page administrators to configure automated Messenger responses and manage their Page contacts. The service connects to Facebook via the official Meta Graph API.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PageBot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Meta's Platform Policies and Developer Terms. You must not:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages to Messenger users
• Use the service to send content that violates Facebook's Community Standards
• Attempt to circumvent Facebook's messaging policies or rate limits

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content sent through your connected Pages. You must ensure you have the right to send automated and utility messages under applicable laws and Meta policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

PageBot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including issues caused by changes to the Meta API.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or Meta's policies.
