When you connect your Facebook account, we collect:

• Your Facebook User ID, name, and email address
• The Facebook Pages you administer or manage via Business Manager (name, Page ID, Page Access Token)
• Messenger contact identifiers (PSID) of users who message your Pages
• First and last names of Messenger contacts (when available)
• Timestamps of Messenger interactions

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate you via Facebook Login
• Display and manage your Facebook Pages within our dashboard
• Enable keyword-based automated bot responses on your Pages
• Send utility notifications to users who have previously interacted with your Pages
• Subscribe your Pages to Facebook Messenger webhooks for real-time events

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Facebook Permissions

Permission	Purpose
pages_show_list	List Pages you administer
pages_messaging	Send and receive Messenger messages on your Pages
pages_manage_metadata	Subscribe Pages to webhook events
pages_utility_messaging	Send transactional utility messages outside the 24-hour window
business_management	Access Pages managed through your Business Manager

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Page Access Tokens are stored and used exclusively to send messages on your behalf. We do not store the full content of messages sent by Page visitors — only basic metadata (timestamp, PSID).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time using our data deletion page or by contacting us directly.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also revoke access at any time via Facebook App Settings.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
